We accept payment in AED/USD currency. We accept payment for INR through FlyRemit, our remittance partner in India.

We accept payments via wire transfer, credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and via payment link. We also accept POS/NFC-based payments locally in the UAE. Payment instructions will be provided upon confirmation of your booking.

Multicurrency payment options are also available via payment link only, if required, in case the AED/USD option is not available. Conversion rates are typically applicable for specific currencies against the USD for a particular date of transfer.

All payment modes have transaction fees applicable as per their respective providers. Please review the terms and conditions of each provider for details.

2. Deposit:

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure our services for your desired dates. The deposit amount will be communicated to you at the time of booking and is typically a percentage of the total cost of your itinerary.

3. Payment Schedule:

Full payment is due according to the schedule specified in your booking confirmation. This may include payment deadlines for specific services or installment payments leading up to your arrival date. Failure to adhere to the payment schedule may result in the cancellation of your reservation.

4. Cancellation and Refunds:

Cancellation policies vary depending on the services booked and our suppliers’ terms. Details regarding cancellation deadlines and refund eligibility will be provided in your booking confirmation. In general, cancellations made within [X] days/hours of the scheduled arrival date may result in forfeiture of the deposit or full payment.

Payments not received by the specified due dates may be subject to late payment penalties. These penalties will be outlined in your booking confirmation and may include additional fees or forfeiture of discounts and promotions.

All prices quoted are inclusive of applicable taxes and fees as per the UAE government. Any additional taxes or fees imposed by local authorities will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
